The Best Scenic Running Routes in Sydney
Looking for some new scenery to indulge in on your runs? We've compiled a list of some of the best routes to take when you are trotting around Sydney. The City's unique blend of coastal paths, parks and vibrant urban landscapes make it a perfect destination for runners of all levels.
1. Royal Botanical Gardens to Darling Harbour
Probably our favourite run in Sydney and one that is great for tourists as it has it all. Starting at the Botanic Gardens area you'll run through the pristine gardens and as you progress along the harbour's edge you have a wonderful view of the Sydney Skyline, Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge before transitioning to Barangaroo which provides a more modern waterfront area passing the newly built Crown Towers and along the lively promenade to finish up at Darling Harbour. The route is around all flat with no real elevation
